Overall Summary

As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Job Duties:

Answering incoming service calls
Scheduling service appointments
Greeting Customers and relaying service needs and concerns to technicians
Building lasting customer relationships by providing first-rate service
Job Requirements:

Strong customer relations skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient computer skills
Professional appearance and telephone manner
Previous automotive service experience not required. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Employment Position: Full Time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 Yearly

Salary is negotiable.
