Duties
- Process and manage warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Analyze and report on warranty claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Service Managment and business office to resolve warranty-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims and resolutions
- Assist with warranty-related training and development programs
- Stay up to date with warranty policies and procedures, and make recommendations for process improvements

- Experience in warranty administration or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
