A Finance & Insurance Manager has a strong understanding of the financing process and additional programs available. Their main responsibility is ensuring customers get what they need to afford a vehicle and that it is properly protected.


Essential Duties are not limited to:

• Generates income through financing and the sale of ancillary products.
• Performs a customer interview prior to each customer presentation.
• Prepares and presents a menu of options to each customer.
• Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale or lease of vehicles, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information.
• Provides customers with excellent service and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Protects gross profit by arranging financing – converts cash and outside finance deals to deals done with our lenders.
• Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer’s captive.
• Works with sales managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Establish lender relations that tie the customer closer to the dealership.

Employment Position: Full Time

Salary: $115,000.00 - $200,000.00 Yearly
